Certified English Teacher

Hello, I am very interested in going abroad to teach English. I have taught in Iceland and in the United States. I would want to take my husband and 11 year old son with me and am wondering if this would be possible. I have not found much information pertaining to teachers' families. Also, is there an American school in Japan? Any information is appreciated:)
