Dear Concerned,
You are correct. This is not the best way to display a school. Thank you for the 'eye-opener' comments. We will take more care.
If anyone has more advice or any interesting comments, I'm quite sure all schools (like ours) are very pleased to hear them.

Trusting a potential school! by: Concerned!
I'd be a little sceptical & cautious about looking for employment at any institution that prides themselves on teaching the English language yet, fails to demonstrate their competence to do so by misspelling their own name, posting comments & uploading their websites with grammatical or spelling errors.
Even if they're typos these errors are due to failure to review/go over their work which demonstrates & gives you a general idea of just how incompetent/unprofessional that institution could be & serves as a warning sign.
IMHO,
Anybody who currently belongs to or finds potential employment at an English language institution that displays the above flaws should steer well clear of it!

Pleasing Customers by: Chozen English School (owner)
I agree, but we strive to do both, please customers and employees. It isn't easy, but it's always interesting and a never ending thrill to 'get it done better'.
We recently advertised for new staff. A job that is very time consuming. I can't help but wonder... what makes a teacher want to teacher more, to build a school, to love their work, to love the students - other than MONEY. Is there a way to show them there is more to life than an amount (salary)? I've got to rethink... how I started and what keeps me going.
P.S.: It's difficult to rate one's own page ☆!

Without pleasing customers you have no school.
We do the same at our school. We try to keep the teachers happy too, but it is human nature to
always want more unfortunately. No matter what
you give to the teachers, they will end up wanting more.
It is just a given. I am not saying they are selfish it again is a part of being human, always
striving for more.

I worked at Chozen English School by: ex-teacher
When I worked there, I realized they are existing to please the costumer first. Employees are next. But that's the way they keep costumers and therefore they can keep employee, too. I guess it's a given.
