I had a lot of trouble getting paid on time and in the right amount. Any time there were holidays, overtime, etc, my pay would be off and it would take forever to get it fixed. Lots of last-second schedule changes.

The classrooms and teaching environment were nice. The office people were very friendly and I loved my coworkers. The kids were cool but the organization was a nightmare to work for. I noticed so many teachers leave this school in a short time.

2 Stars out of 5. One star for good students and one for the other teachers but mismanagement leading to incorrect paychecks prevent a better score. I never got my final paycheck once I left. I learned (too late) that you have to ask to receive the money before you go back home or you run a pretty big risk of not getting your final check and bonus. HR said "Oh I always got paid on time." Not everyone does though.
