The Graduate School of Science and Technology Policy (STP) at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. We are particularly interested in candidates who explore the public dimensions of science and technology with a focus on issues of wellness and quality of life. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, human ageing and life course, the social and ethical aspects of assistive technology, right to health, and the role of information technology in social care. We are seeking highly qualified candidates trained in social welfare studies, disability studies, urban studies, sociology, political science, anthropology, and science and technology studies (STS).

Ph.D or equivalent must be in hand prior to appointment, which is expected to begin on March 1, 2014. The starting date is negotiable.
