Employment History:

RCI Cruise/ International Cruise and Excursion: (July 2007-March 2009) Phoenix AZ

Sales rep in an outbound lead generating call center. Proven track record at 10K within 13 weeks as a new agent. Following that I was promoted into a new development program where I created accounts with Property Management companies to access their vacation home owners into a vacation benefit program. I also personally called these clients to promote and market the program with intentions of their clients taking advantage of our benefits. I managed 50+ properties under this program with great success of over 25,000 members enrolled. I also was assigned to Corporate Membership Department, where I was a technical support and customer service agent for our supported timeshare holders. I instructed these owners on how to operate the website and upgrade their package to one of the better products which I also sold. I succeeded in selling over $10,700 dollars within 5 months.

American Mortgage Specialist: Financial advisor: (March 2007-June2007 Peoria AZ

Worked primarily with subprime and lower income clients to refinance their existing mortgage. I was very successful in building trust and security with these clients in their time of need and saved numerous homes from foreclosure. I also provided sound advice about financial matters to clients and instructed them on the importance of creating a financial future for themselves and their families.

SLC Mortgage: Loan consultant: ( Dec 2006-March 2007) Scottsdale AZ

This is where I began my studies as a loan officer through their training program and began learning the field through various banks and the senior loan processing staff here. I was very successful here and I was the first in my training class to close a refinance with cash out exceeding over $75,000 for the client and lowering her current rate more than one half a point. These clients were of higher income levels and a great deal of trust and belief had to be established before and negotiations could began which I was awarded for being the most understanding to my clients financial needs.

Level Prep Eigakuin School of Japan (Feb. 2004-Nov 2004) Nishifunabashi-Chome Japan

I was a full time English instructor with 2 classes a day with grade levels ranging from the Japanese equivalent of middle school level to seniors in high school. These preparatory classes were to become a supplement for the TOEFL exams that most Japanese students needed to get into an accredited university. Subjects ranged from reading, spelling, and grammar which these students had some knowledge of but need extra help in understanding the English language.
