Communication Club Requires Teachers for 2010-2011 We are a small English Language School based in Akama (about 30 min from Hakata and Kokura) looking for a new full-time teacher to start from March 30th 2010. Requirements, duties and compensation include; A basic level of Japanese speaking ability and experience with teaching English in Japan would be beneficial. (Native English Speakers only). Classes vary in age from 3 to 65 years old and across all levels. A teacher currently residing in Japan would be desirable. A fully-furnished apartment is available close to the school and JR station at a reasonable rent. A Japanese/International driving license would be advantageous. A car is currently provided. Teacher will need to be available for odd days towards the end of March for orientation and training. Salary is 255,000 yen/month increasing to 265,000 yen/month after 6 months for 30 classes (max./month). Contract completion bonus of 50,000 yen. 5 to 6 weeks paid vacation.
