Hi Kassandra,

Anything that will teach you how to teach. TEFL,TESL or TESOL. TEFL stands for teaching
English as a foreign Language. You don`t have to
take these at university however. There are many institutions that offer classes and will give you
a certificate at the end.

Another idea is taking Japanese History to get an idea of what this country is all about.l

But what will impress employers are courses like
TESL/TEFL etc as they will give you some instruction
in how to teach English.
