• Creative, innovative and have a core value on societal change: With my interactions at the Ministry of Employment and Social Welfare, I have gained confidence, problem-solving skills, and self-esteem and have formulated “The Employment Promo”, an idea to help minimize youth unemployment in Ghana, which is currently under review. Additionally, one thing that has always set me apart from my colleagues/peers is my broad interests and strong writing abilities
• Knowledge in preparing travelling documentations: For example, I designed travelling documentations and obtained clearance notes for two senior officers as National service personnel on a business trip to the United States of America on the ticket of World Bank Institute and other clients to South Africa.
