Spoken English Lesson - Requirement for non-native English speaker to be a Eikaiwas' teacher

Hi. I am just wondering what would be the minimum requirement to be an Eikaiwas'English teacher in Japan?


As you can see ,I am a Malaysian and i'm not a native English speaker. But i am passionate about teaching in japan because i like teaching and love Japan's culture. Being a non-native nglish speaker is the main reason why i'm worried about getting a teaching job in Japan fro Eikaiwas.


According to Aeon, they would hire a non-native speaker with 10 years of full English-based education and a bachelor degree from an English speaking country. I can only have a maximum of 7 years full English-based education and i can only get a bachelor degree on English course in Malaysia, which is not a English speaking country. But now, i'm working my way to Master degree in English.


So, would you be kind enough to tell me about the eikaiwas that meet my maximum standard and can you include the name of the specific Eikaiwa and it's website?
