Objective:
To apply newly acquired skills in 100 hour TESOL course, a sincere and enthusiastic attitude for Japan and the Japanese people, and previous ESL training experience to obtain an english teaching position for all levels of abilities and in any location in Japan.

Qualifications:
Diligent, personable, professional, confident and poised to interact with people of all ages, nationalities and abilities. Ability to create and present fun and interactive lesson plans.

Professional skills:
Strong knowledge of english usage and grammar.
Demonstrated proficient use of windows based software, office word, excel, outlook, Oracle and Access in the workplace and ability to learn new applications quickly. Knowledge of both windows and macintosh operating systems.
Planned and conducted training sessions for ESL team members that provided technical support, company policy, benefit information and computer assistance.

Communicative skills:
Created a positive learning environment for team members that led to interactive and effective training sessions.
Listened to team members concerns and issues and provided valuable feedback to management team that helped to improve team moral and a more productive work environment

Ability to diffuse confrontation and volatile situations with calmness and by offering ideas to help solve customer complaints.

Organizational skills:
Punctual, flexible and ready to adapt to unplanned work schedules or assignments.
Created and maintained files that assisted customers with product updates in a timely manner.
Participated in weekly meetings with management to provide updates and input to help solve conflicts or changes that were valuable and necessary for customer satisfaction,

Worked with team members and fellow students in small groups and one on one basis to answer questions and provide solutions to problems that helped to motivate team members to be productive in the workplace
